The room was old, runned down and in poor condition. The lights don't work and the shower was broken. The hot water don't work.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Treebo Windsong. The balcony view was absolutely breathtaking; I could have spent the entire time there just soaking it in and listening to the lovely birdsong. A special mention to the receptionist, Ms. Atheera, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. All the other staff members were also very well-mannered and welcoming. Overall, though, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you, Treebo team! ❤️

The only suggestion I have is that it would be great if they offered a lunch option at the restaurant, as we had to get it from outside.

Hi, we stayed @Treebo windsong in munnar for two days and two nights. We were very happy with the room facilities and the reception. The breakfast experience was really bad and the worst thing is we were served bread that's was infested with fungus and they realised only after we brought it to the serving staff notice. We are severely dissatisfied with the food experience. We had our dinner outside owing to the low quality of the food being served

The stay was comfortable, Reception allotted the room underground, on the second floor, Reception not passed any information about the room and lift, we struggle with Baggages and children.We requested the air conditioner to be ON ,they said checking but no response from Reception.On the road to Property was Terrible ?

1) Couldn't contact the Property on phone since Treebo customer care didn't provide the phone number. They provided only the physical address and location of the property. This has led to confusion regarding the rooms.2) We didn't get the room that was shown in the picture at the time of booking, in the Booking.com App.

The room was great and the facilities were as mentioned. The room and bathroom was clean.

The location was far from city and in the night travelling felt like was in midst of a forest which felt unsafe. The complimentary breakfast provided was not upto the mark. The fruits were only provided on asking, they were hid beneath the table even though it was listed in the menu.

Breakfast is average, approach road is not good, overall location is below average

No air con. Stained towels and sheets. High prices for room with no view. Possible bed bugs. Rude staff in top restaurant at breakfast time, messy lounge area with dirty laundry on arrival.

Unavailability of Hot water, Room service is not available from 10pm to 7:30 am, even not takes any calls at reception & room service. Toiletries kit not provided except Shower gel & towel. Restaurant services not available at evening time.

Room was very good, hotel staff was very copretive. Balcony view was very good.

Lack of proper communication, unhygienic breakfast place, no hot water, staff clueless most of the time. The front desk staff was helpful with giving me a balcony room but other than that it was all a meh

Very good hotel I actually went to the hotel early at around 10am they actually gave room at that time though the check in time is 12 pmStaff were also really good But I din not like breakfast choice personally

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and tidy.

Breakfast on terrace....simple and hearty breakfast...

Location , bit far from market....without own vehicle not possible to move out...
